Return Policy
D.O.G. WEBSITE
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of Do Only Good (D.O.G.) Pet Products. If you are not, please contact us immediately at info@doonlygoodpetfood.com or call (800) 990-4403. All returns must be physically sent back in its original packaging with a minimum of one-third (1/3) of the product. We will process your return and email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with a printable free return shipping label. As some payment methods take longer than others, please allow 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed. D.O.G. will happily refund the actual purchase price of your item(s), however, we cannot refund any shipping charged you incurred.
NOTE: All returns must take place within 15 days of your original product purchase date. Returns made after 15 days of your original product purchase may be subject to shipping and processing fees. We cannot accept any merchandise that has expired.
SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS: You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account portal on the D.O.G. Certified website. Need help? Please feel free to contact us at info@doonlygoodpetfood.com or call (800) 990-4403.
D.O.G. AUTHORIZED INDEPENDENT RETAILER
If you purchased Do Only Good (D.O.G.) Pet Products at your local independent pet retailer, please take your return products directly to your place of purchase. Once the return has been processed, we will issue a credit to the independent retailer.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Free Shipping on all orders over $50
- $5.00 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50
- All shipping fees are based on subtotal in cart after discounts have been applied
- Allow 4-5 business days for delivery
- Please note that we can ship to P.O. boxes, business, and residential addresses
- We can only ship in the U.S. to the 48 contiguous states.
